Announcements

As of 03 May 2013, deploying personnel are highly encouraged to receive Tuberculosis Skin Testing (PPD) prior to arrival at Camp Atterbury. There is currently a national shortage that is expected to last through the month of May. If deployees arrive without proper testing complete, they will be directed to the nearest off-post clinic to receive Quantiferon Gold at the expense of the individual. If a positive test result returns, a chest X-Ray will be required as directed by CENTCOM Surgeon. If there are any questions, please email our medical staff under scheduling.

As of 12 March 2013, all deployees must have an AKO Account to be processed through IRDO medical. Not having this account will delay personnel and may result in rescheduling. Employers must ensure they have correctly sponsored employees to grant them an AKO account upon arrival. Instructions for sponsorship.

As of 10 March 2013, personnel will not be processed through IRDO if they are not enrolled and verified in the Contractor Verification System (CVS). If procedures are not in place to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC), personnel will be denied entrance and rescheduled. For reference.

All "turn and burn personnel" returning for MILAIR need to arrive at Atterbury NLT 1000 EDT Thursday, the week of the flight. For questions or more information, contact our deployment scheduling personnel.
