 Four recreational cabins are available within the Major General Carl G. Farrell Recreation Area for the use of Soldiers, senior officers, retirees, and their families and friends.
These two bedroom cabins have a full kitchen, dining room, living room and patio and include a washer and dryer, TV/VCR, gas fireplace, and access to a stocked, seven-acre lake and 20-by-40 foot shelterhouse with charcoal barbecue grills.ReservationsReservations may may be made no later than the first waking day of the month prior to the month you wish to rent the cabin. Reservations may be no longer than five consecutive days and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations, contact the housing office at 812-526-1499 ext. 1128.
