Indiana National Guard Ceremonial Unit members (L-R, Sfc. Fred Smith and Sfc. Lowell Wagoner) raise an official U.S. flag during a ceremony at the Indiana Masonic Home in Franklin, Ind., Nov 11. The Flag was also flown over the U.S. Capital Building in Washington D.C. and returned to the home in time for the ceremony.
