CAMP ATTERBURY, Ind. - United States Navy Lt. Patrick King gets fitted for an Improved Outer Tactical Vest in the early stages of a more than two-month combat skills training course, April 2, 2011. Lt. King is the logistics officer for the inbound Provincial Reconstruction Team Paktika in Southeastern Afghanistan.
