MOBILIZATION  All Guard and Reserve soldiers being deployed through Camp Atterbury fill out a pre-deployment questionnaire at the SRC Chaplain section and spend a brief few moments with an IGR/SRI Civilian Chaplain to discuss any issues they may have. Additional appointments can be arranged to see an Army Chaplain. This is also anopportunity to pick up personal religious supplies you may need.

DEMOBILIZATION All Guard and Reserve soldiers being Demobilized through Camp Atterbury will fill out demobilization questionnaire at the SRC Chaplain section and will briefly spend time with an IGR/SRI Civilian Chaplain to discuss issues that have come about due to this deployment.  Also, appointments to see an Army Chaplain can be made at this time..
